| You can track your order either using your ORDER NUMBER or FedEx TRACKING NUMBER. |

Tracking by ORDER Number:

Enter your order number preseded by BI- into the tracking information field . |
Example:
If your order number is 12345
= enter BI-12345 |

Choose "invoice" as a track type in the dropdown menue. |

Click on "Track" to see your tracking results. |

Tracking by FedEx Tracking Number:

Enter the FedEx tracking number as received with your shipping confirmation e-mail into the tracking information field. |

Choose "Tracking Number" as a track type in the dropdown menue. |

Click on "Track" to see your tracking results. |
